Escape weight problems
Living with weight issues can be hell if they are very pronounced.
People tend to believe they are fat, even obese but they don’t know
that there is something called BMI that can scare their fears away.
The BMI is the result of a mathematical operation: body weight in
kilograms divided by the square of their height in meters. For example,
someone who weight 60 kg and is 1.68 m calculates his or her BMI
like this: 60/ (1.68*1.68) =21.27. This BMI is right in the normal
interval: 18.5 to 25. No one should start to worry about weight
issues if they do not cross over the 25 scale.

So, weight problems have been solved for a few people I suppose
and also for other in the following. Escaping weight problems isn’t
like getting rid of dandruff; this is something a lot more serious
because it directly affects someone’s general health. Weight issues
can determine heart insufficiency, as well as lung affections simply
because the body is designed to support a certain amount of fat
tissue and when someone’s fat mass becomes bigger than his organs
can bear it is a sign of massive concern.
Moreover, people with weight issues have gotten used to a certain
lifestyle, more exactly a very sedentary life, like sitting at a
desk 8 hours a day, getting in the car or bus on the way home, sitting
on the couch all evening with a bag of popcorn, peanuts or chips
on their lap and going straight to bed. The next day- same story
unfortunately. And that is how someone who doesn’t have weight issues
gets them in a couple of years and someone who has small weight
issues becomes even more affected every day.
Now imagine this: if you have to be at the office at 9 and you
get up at 8:15 usually try to wake up at 7:45, a half an earlier.
Then put on a sweater and go run with your dog in the park, or jog
from your house to the park and back until 8:15 when you have to
start getting ready for work. Does that sound so awful? Do you think
it can not be done under any circumstances? Haven’t you ever seen
people jog before early in the morning to start a fresh day full
of energy? I think you can do a lot more things than you think you
can; it can be a little annoying at the beginning, but it is normal
since it is a change in your routine.
During the lunch break, in stead of eating a hot dog or a cheeseburger
with fries, you should consider enjoying a nice salad with a cheese
sandwich. Also, giving up at all the snacks you enjoy between meals
would do miracles in your quest for a thinner silhouette.
There is something else you could change in your daily routine
that would do a lot good for your body: in stead of taking the bus
all the way to your home, you can get off a few stations earlier
and walk home from there.
This could give you a chance to buy some fruits and vegetables
that might replace those snacks between meals during the day and
prepare a nice salad to add to your dinner. These are all details
but they can do miracles for your weight and vitality. There is
no easier way to escape weight problems than to eat healthy and
lead a healthy life in general.
